November 20th Update

Relatively small update today.

Below we have a simple Bed mount, it is a frictional fit on the bed and requires 6 of them to properly secure the bed. It is raised enough to allow for the insulation to sit flush around the aluminum plate.

This has been a long time coming and been on my to do list for months and I finally got around to it. It is a simple recirculating activated carbon and HEPA filter for the printer. It uses two fans in a push-pull configuration. The filter is split into 7 different parts. It goes:

120mm fan -> grill -> Main carbon/HEPA housing -> Activated carbon grill -> Secondary cowl -> 120mm fan.

The carbon is placed inside the main housing and the carbon grill just slides into place to prevent it from falling out when the filter is removed. The HEPA filter slides into the housing from the side.

I’m still undecided on the mounting location, but at the moment it is at the top of the printer. More testing required if it can filter the entire chamber efficiently.
